Mr. Dikko has over 17 years of practical experience in the downstream oil and gas industry having served as the Deputy MD and COO of Eterna Oil & Gas Plc., where he oversaw the marketing and operations activities. He runs Hambali Investment Limited, an investment holding company having interests in several industrial sectors.

He has held several senior positions across several functions in PPMC/IDSL (an arm of NNPC) rising to Chief Marketing Officer acquiring extensive training and experience in international product trade, lubricants and petrochemical business and supply and distribution chain management.

Mr. Dikko graduated in 1984 with a B.Sc in Accounting from the Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria and has attended the Executive Program at the Stanford Graduate School of Business as well as the College of Petroleum and Energy Studies, Oxford, England
