Mr. Garba got his PhD in Electronic and Electrical Engineering  in 2008 from the University of Strathclyde, Glasgow, UK and has been involved in Electrical Engineering projects for over 18 years at various levels, from design to installation works to Facilities management of production machinery, building services and water treatment plants. 

He has been actively involved in  the power industry in Nigeria and West Africa and prior to join Lenux, he worked as an independent consultant and served as a Senior Executive of Klysat Cables, an electrical cable manufacturer.

Mr. Garba is a member of the Institution of Engineering and Technology, UK (MIET) and also of the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers, USA (MIEEE)
